Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Eligible returns:

Delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable recipient
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item:

Email customer service at avelitotebags@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once your RMA is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Mail your return only after your RMA has been approved. The return address will be provided to you via email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is wrong, damaged, or lost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt for processing.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
